If we are unable to resolve your issue within 30 days, you will be eligible for a full refund—provided the issue is due to a technical fault on our end.
Our service is designed to be stable and reliable, and in most cases, any problems you encounter will be promptly resolved by our technical team. The refund policy covers issues caused only by IPTV UK STREAMS.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted in the Following Cases:
If the issue originates from your side—such as incompatible or faulty devices, poor internet connectivity in your area/country, or any factors outside our technical control.
If you have violated our Terms and Conditions and your account has been suspended.
If you purchased a 1-month or 3-month subscription, refunds are not applicable.
If you provided incorrect information during the order process—such as an invalid or incorrect MAC address. Once a subscription is activated on a specific device, it cannot be transferred to another device.
If you want to switch to a different device after activation, you must purchase a new subscription. Please ensure you enter accurate details and select the correct device at the time of your order.
Only devices and apps that support the M3U playlist format are eligible to be switched with the same subscription. MAC-based devices cannot be changed once activated, as subscriptions are tied strictly to the original MAC address provided.
Eligibility and How to Request a Refund:
You may apply for a refund within 7 to 14 days of your subscription’s start date. While we process refunds promptly, please note that payment processors or financial institutions may take 7 to 30 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or on your card.
⚠️ Important: Once a refund request is approved and processed, you will no longer be eligible to subscribe to IPTV UK STREAMS again in the future.

Use the same email address used to purchase the subscription.
Include your invoice number and MAC address (if applicable).
